Reflexology

Reflexology is an energy-based form of massage. A system of massage that balances the inner organs of the body and activates the healing powers of the body.

Manipulations are primarily of the feet, although hands and ears may also be massaged.

The theory of reflexology holds that reflex points in the extremities correspond to various organs and parts of the body.

Massage pressure at the reflex point energizes the organ or body part, detoxifying it and bringing it into balance, thereby improving its function.

Disorders within the body block the flow of energy and cause an imbalance. Reflexology corrects the blockages and rebalances the system.

Reflexology balances the energy flow of the body, eliminates blockages and detoxifies the body, by removing waste products and toxins and improves circulation and relaxes the body.
