Crystal Basics

Crystal healing is the therapeutic application of crystal and stones to the whole body system to effect a gentle yet transformative change. The colour frequencies of light contained within the stones assist in activating the chakras, allowing blockages to be cleared as the light, colour frequency, energy and radiance of the crystals are integrated into the aura. This process allows emotional wounds and trauma to be healed as the bonds of fear and hurt are dissolved from the heart.

Once this process has taken place the person is then able to reach a state of peace in the present moment, which in turn leads to activation of that person's full potential and inner radiance. A Crystal Therapy session involves the laying of crystals on the physical and etheric chakras. The person is then assisted in reaching a state of deep relaxation/meditation where the subconscious mind then "brings to light" (to the conscious mind) any emotional hurts or blockages that are ready to be healed.
