"I graduated as a beauty therapist from Dominelli International College in October 2005. The training I received during my year at Dominelli has prepared me with the knowledge and hands on experience to be successful in the esthetics industry. In July 2006 I passed my CIDESCO examination, and am very honored to have had the privilege of receiving the award for outstanding CIDESCO achievement. My year at Dominelli was filled with a lot of hard work, learning and discovering the art of being a beauty therapist. I am happy to say that I have been able to use the skills and knowledge I acquired during my training. I have been working in a very successful day spa and makeup studio in Burnaby. Also, in the fall I will be launching my esthetics and beauty website www.somabeauty.com that will have useful information for everyone in general, with special information for estheticians. With time, it will be filled with tips, advice, contacts, blogs, job postings and more.
