Scholarships
Dominelli's President and CEO, Rita Dominelli announced her plan to sponsor a deserving person's education as an esthetician and beauty therapists. In outlining her vision for this extraordinary scholarship opportunity, she is calling on the community to nominate a deserving person. Each year, a nominated deserving person will be chosen and educated at no cost at the Colleges training facility in Burnaby, British Columbia. With the high placement success in the industry of Dominelli graduates, Mrs. Dominelli has no doubt that this deserving person will be back on their feet in a rewarding industry as a successful esthetician. The Life-Lift Scholarship is open to only Canadian residents and aims to give the person a second chance at success.
"I see a need to help other women who circumstantially have not been fortunate in their life's goals and careers. Women in abusive relationships, single mothers, financially destitute persons are just some of the people that Dominelli would like to help and make a difference. These small steps will lead to making someone's life so much more promising and I encourage the esthetics and beauty education industries to make these differences in a deserving person's life."
