ONLINE ESTHETICS THEORY
For those who want to know and understand the theory of esthetics, Dominelli Distance Learning instructs you on everything you need to know about the field of esthetics without the practical residency. It will cover information on how Estheticians have become a crucial element in the salon and spa industry, where they may customize treatments by deep cleansing, masking, toning, moisturizing, and exfoliating.
The Theory Distance Learning will instruct future Estheticians on how to analyze skin, perform relaxation and lymphatic massages. Also it prepares graduates for working in spa centers that include anatomy and physiology, medical terminology, nutrition, massage techniques, temporary hair removal, ingredients of cosmetics, herbs used in skin care, manicures and pedicures, and basic aromatherapy, as well as esthetic muds and algaes. (Perfect for anyone who needs to upgrade their current knowledge).
This program provides the student with the knowledge and skills to work in today's contemporary esthetic salon or spa.
DIPLOMA PRACTICAL RESIDENCY PROGRAM - PRACTICE OF ESTHETICS
Dominelli Distance Learning Diploma requires hands-on practical training under the supervision of a Dominelli Instructor to receive the recognized Esthetics Diploma.
Students wishing to obtain the Esthetics Diploma, can elect to spend an additional 2 months completing intensive practical training at Dominelli College in Burnaby, BC, Canada – scheduled 2 times per year (spring and autunm).
Esthetic Diploma program are for students who want to specialize in the study of skin care. Esthetics is a growing part of the health and beauty industry, and qualified Estheticians are needed to perform facial treatments, nail services, waxing and cosmetic make-up application. The ability to analyze client’s skin care needs, treatments, products, and help client look and feel better.
Esthetic services are now one of the most sought after services in the health and beauty industry. Estheticians who build a strong reputation in the field and continue learning new or improved treatment techniques have a highly successful career.
NOTE: Dominelli Distance Learning Theory training must be completed before the 2 months Practical Residency at Dominelli College.

*Pay As You Go. You DO NOT have to pay everything upfront. On receipt of the first payment, we will confirm your enrolment in the program and will mail your first textbook and outline with a suggested schedule of completion. As each module is completed and paid for, we will send you the new module textbook, this will continue until all four esthetics modules are completed !
